The Connecticut Technology Council, the state’s industry association for the technology sector, annually recognizes technology companies with an innovative product and a business model that demonstrates potential for success.

 

These awards are now in their third year and recognize emerging technology companies who are judged to have an outstanding technology product or service which is either in beta or is already being sold in the marketplace.  The “Company to Watch” designation has been established to indicate that your company has an innovative technology product or service with the potential to capture market share. It affirms that your technology company, its offerings and its management team are on the road to product, market, and financial success.

ePath Learning took the silver as winner of the 2009 Connecticut Quality Improvement Award for Innovation for its innovative online interactive eLearning development service, eActivity

The prestigious 22-year old Connecticut Quality Improvement Award is America’s first state level quality award using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for Performance Excellence criteria.  The CQIA Innovation Prize is the first step in being considered for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award.

The Connecticut Technology Council received over 190 nominations and 100 Companies have passed the final round of judging to win "Companies to Watch" Award. All these companies have demonstrated significant achievement or distinction in the areas of technology innovation. This program focuses primarily on Connecticut based emerging technology Companies who have:

  • under $10 million is sales
  • an innovative product or service
  • potential to grow quickly
